Great Location with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our 3 nights here, especially the fine nearby views. The staff were friendly but the room cleanliness left something to be desired. Tip, check the bathroom fixtures right away. The breakfast area just needs more space .

Really had enjoyable stay for a second night. Clean nice budget hotel with helpful and accommodating staff. Favourable location close to other amazing National Parks and the restaurants, minutes from an accessible park. Nice building and rooms with 3 queen beds.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from amazing Arches National Park! I loved how cozy our King room was, and the little extras like the fridge and coffee maker. Opening the window to let in fresh air was the cherry on top!

Nice place for short stay, would recommend. The venue is clean, the staff is nice. Its location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, really close to the Arches National Park, Arches and Canyonland NP and Near many restaurants. Besides, we visited Grand County Civic Center, located just a short walk away from the hotel...

This place was a dive. they charged $140/night for a substandard, outdated room. When i arrived, i had to wait at the front desk before a clerk showed up to check me in. The rooms of this price.range that i have been in were much nicer, clean, and had a friendly staff that made you feel like their best customer. This place the staff made you feel like they really didn't care if you were there or not. I will not stay here again!!!
